Cucubano
When I at my parent’s home, one thing that I enjoyed so much is
searching for “cucubanos”. The
cucubano is a tiny beetle native to Puerto Rico. The backside of this specie lights up. They also can light from the middle
area. It is fun to play on the
patio trying to catch the one that lights the most. Once again, nature gives us another source of light.
